This information is crucial in order to enable us to do the following:

If we sell or buy any assets we may have to disclose your personal data to the buyers or perspective buyers. Likewise if Sukha Lifestyle is bought by a Third Party the information held by us will be one of the transferred assets.

If for reasons such as fraud protection and credit risk reduction we are asked to give information with external companies/ organisations we will do so. Also if we are under a duty to disclose your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply any other agreements, or to protect the rights/ property or safety of Sukha Lifestyle customers or anyone we will do so.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards & Paypal

Our website contains links to other websites such as Paypal. This privacy policy does not cover the links within our website lining to other third party websites and we are not responsible for the privacy policies of such other third party websites.

What do we use Cookies for?

Cookies are used to help us make sure the site work as well as it possibly can do, they assist us with processing the items  in your Shopping Cart, so if you turn them off it may result in the site not functioning correctly for you. 

This isn’t all about us, you have rights too!

• You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• You have the right to raise an objection about any information we have about you to b deleted or altered. Although if there are any legal reasons that we can’t do this immediately but we will always let you know
• You have the right to recall your consent at any time
• You have the right to opt out of marketing
• You have the right to lodge a complaint

Shipping Details

Our products are shipped from all over the world and some are only available in their country of origin, we will try and make this as clear as we can in the description but if you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be only too happy to help.

 In the meantime here is a guideline:

Mainland UK: 2-3 business days from date of shipping

International: 7 – 14 days

All orders are sent via tracked shipping

Returns

We will of course provide a refund of the value of the product or products you have bought, provided you are able to do the following:

• You are able to return the goods within 30 days of receiving your order
• The goods must be in the same condition you received them, with all packaging and labels intact
• Please include details of the order in your return package: Name/Address/Order Number and Postcode

In the first instance please contact us via email with reason for return and we will advise on the best way to process this.

PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery.

 How much is the freight charge?

We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount.
